By booking or using any service provided by FOAM'D ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
FOAM'D provides mobile car detailing, ceramic coating, graphene coating, and related services across Sydney and Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.
All services are performed at your nominated location. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate access, power (where required), water supply, and a suitable working environment at the time of your booking.
Service descriptions on our website are indicative. Final scope may be adjusted based on the actual condition of your vehicle at the time of service. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
Bookings can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from FOAM'D.
We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Coating prices are fixed as displayed on our website. Detailing services (interior, pre-sale, maintenance) are quoted based on vehicle condition and size prior to commencement.
Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
Add-on services (wheel coating, glass coating, interior coating) are priced separately and must be booked in advance.
4. Your Vehicle
You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle, or have the owner's authority to authorise the service.
You agree to disclose any known pre-existing damage, paint issues, or modifications that may be relevant to the service before work commences.
FOAM'D takes reasonable care of your vehicle at all times. We carry public liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by us, we will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
We are not liable for pre-existing paint defects, scratches, chips, or damage that is revealed during the detailing or decontamination process.
5. Coating Warranties
Prizm coating warranties (3, 5, 7, or 10 years depending on the package) are provided by the coating manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Warranties require that you maintain the coating correctly, including using pH-neutral wash products and attending scheduled maintenance inspections.
Warranty claims must be submitted to FOAM'D in writing. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Warranties do not cover paint damage, stone chips, accident damage, or degradation caused by improper washing, unauthorised modification, or neglect.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, FOAM'D's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of use, loss of income, or diminished resale value resulting from our services.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Photography & Marketing
We may photograph your vehicle during and after service for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes.
Vehicle photos may be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials. We will not include personally identifiable information (such as number plates) without your consent.
If you prefer we do not photograph your vehicle, please advise us at the time of booking.
